Meiracyllium

A genus of two species distributed from Mexico to Costa Rica. They have a creeping rhizome along which arise oval or rounded, thick, rigid leaves. The flowers are produced in short inflorescences at the base of the leaves. The plants are epiphytic or lithophytic and grow well on plaques under intermediate conditions.
