Unique in its appearance, this tulip sports narrow, tapering petals which are yellow with irregular red flaming. Flowers in April at 20" (50cm).This is a tulip which needs careful placement to ensure that its effect is not overpowered by its surroundings. Giving it a background of dark foliage can be successful.
