Phalaenopsis javanica
This species is native to Indonesia. It has diminutive flowers that appear from spikes under the foliage. The flowers are unusual in color and shape and bloom for a long period in the summer. The 3 cm flowers colored in light yellow and orange with purple markings. The flowers are long lasting and the plant can be in bloom for several months. Never cut old flower spikes, as they can continue to bloom year after year.
